To request a new box, please take photos of any products that arrive warm or damaged from shipping, and email to email@example.com, and mail your return to the following address:
No need to return the original box - once receiving proof of damaged products, we will re-ship to a new box.
If you are not satisfied with a certain product contact customer happiness and we will get you a credit for replacement product.
