We have a fresh promise of 3 weeks on our products. Some products can be frozen for presevation!

Products are made fresh every Monday and Tuesday, and ship every Tuesday and Wednesday.

We require skipping and cancellation 2 days in advance of box payment. We will charge you for your box if you fail to meet this cut off.

You can pause and restart anytime!

You will receive an email from our carrier confirming your order is being shipped, by which carrier, and provides the tracking number.

Our 1.5” insulated liners, and cardboard boxes are filled with recycled material and can be put in your recycle bin. Our gel packs can be left to unthawed in your sink. Cut open to drain, and throw away.  

We guarantee our product to arrive fresh and stay fresh for 3 weeks. If package arrives warm due to shipping error or damaged, send photos and email to customerhappiness@sauce-boxx.com, and our customer service team will ship you out a new box. If you are not satisfied with a certain product, contact Customer Happiness and we will give you a credit for replacement product.
