O - M - Goodness! I mean, seriously. So much flavor coming from your crock pot, it's ok to love us! We love you too!
Put all soup ingredients and turn on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Add Sauce Boxx Yolo Coconut Curry, apples, and rice. Cook until apples and rice are soft. Enjoy!
This soup is sooooo delicious, you'll be wanting to leave work early to get home for the smells and flavor. Just skimp on what you serve, so you can take the leftovers with you allll week long. I love to serve this with Naan Bread or a some sort of dipping bread to back, back, back, up all that flavor in yo' mouth!

Ingredients

1 jar Sauce Boxx Yolo Coconut Curry
2 large carrots (chopped)
2-3 celery stalks (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
- 4 cups chicken stock (or (1) 32oz box)
- 7 - 10 pounds chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
2 apples (chopped)
1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
Directions
- Put all soup ingredients to crock pot, leaving out the chicken, Yolo Coconut Curry, chopped apples, and uncooked rice.
- Stir to together until well combined. Add chicken and submerge in liquid.
- Turn on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Cook until apples and rice are soft. About 15 mins.
Final add instructions
Add jar of Sauce Boxx Yolo Coconut Curry, chopped apples, and uncooked rice.
