Aloha! With this OMGoodness Huli Huli Chicken. Luckily Sauce Boxx makes this recipe super fast, easy, and delicious for you. All you have to do is marinade your chicken in our Huli Huli sauce and grill according to our directions. This is worth the time at the grill. Mahola!

Ingredients
-
1 Jar Sauce Boxx Huli Huli
3 lbs chicken thighs or breast (boneless, skinless)
Sliced Green Onion
Pineapple Slices
Optional Garnishes
Directions
Marinading the Chicken
Reserve 1/2 cup of Huli Huli for basting
Use the rest of Sauce Boxx Huli Huli to marinade chicken up to 48 hours.
Cooking & Basting Chicken
Brush grill with oil to prevent sticking. Then pre-heat grill to medium high. Or, heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Draining excess marinade, place on BBQ or skillet.
Cook the first side for 2 - 3 minutes and browning begins. Then flip and cook for another 3 minutes. If browning is occurring too fast, adjust your heat.
Baste (or dab) generously with reserved marinade, then flip and cook for another 1 minute.
Repeat basting and flipping every minute or so for a total cook time of 10 minutes or until chicken is cooking all the way.
Trasnfer to a plate, cover with foil, and let rest for 3 mins before serving.
Garnish with Pineapple & Green onion if desired.
