Little cute perfect meatballs that are cooked in this delicious Sauce Boxx Spicy Tomato Kertz. The meatballs carry a perfect tender texture. These are so great to add to noodles for spaghetti and meatballs, or put on a hoagie roll to make an incredible Meatball Sub Sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 jar Sauce Boxx Spicy Tomato Kertz
1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup milk (Can use water for dairy free option)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (I like store bought Italian bread crumbs)
1 large egg (beaten before added to meat)
2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 410* degree.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non stick spray.- Combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, beaten egg, bread crumbs, cilantro, cheese (optional) and HALF of the milk together and mix. Then add the other half of milk and finish working in. Do not over work as this will toughen the meat.
- Divide beef mixture into 1-tablespoon equal portions; shape/roll into meatballs.
- Cook in preheated oven for 12 mins, or until just cooked.
- Broil for an additional 2 mins on high for a crispy texture
Get them Saucy!
- Add meatballs to pan, with pan juices & the jar of Sauce Boxx Spicy Tomato Kertz, heat until bubbly stirring often to coat with that delicious sauce.
- Let meatballs heat in sauce for 2 mins to take on that amazingness.
