To Drool Over Huli Huli Hawaiian Pineapple Burger
Burgers. So many kinds. So much flavor and possibilities. This Huli Huli Hawaiian Burger with grilled Pineapple is a new favorite in our house. Accidentally creating a pedestal for myself with this treat, my kids are IN LOVE with this sweet, salty, & full of flavor burger.
This works best on a grill to grill the bun, onion, and pineapple, but you can easily make on the stove or oven as well. Enjoy! From my family to yours.
Prepare the Beef
Gently combine the ground beef with grated carrots, scallions, & 2 Tb Sauce Boxx Huli Huli working into beef.
Form beef into 8 equal sized patties, trying not to overwork the meat so it doesn't get tough.
Pro Tip: Dent the middle of the pattie with your thumb to ensure an even cook through.
Cook the Huli Huli Hawaiian Burgers
Heat the grill and place the patties on the grill and cook on high heat for 5 - 7 mins.
Flip the burger and top each burger with a spoonful of Sauce Boxx Huli Huli sauce. Finish cooking for another 5 - 7 mins or until done to your liking.
While burgers are cooking add pineapple slices & red onion slices and grill for 2 - 3 mins on each side.
Add brioche buns, flat side down and grill for 2 mins or until desired crunch.
Serve it Up!
To serve, place a piece of lettuce on the bottom of each burger bun, Top with cooked burger, grilled pineapple and onion, tomato, and desired condiment.
