Flank Steak and More Chimichurri

1 cup More Chimichurri
- 1 and 1/2 - 2 pound Flank steak
- Oil for searing steaks (Avocado, coconut, vegetable oil are good options)
*Option to use skirt steak or other cuts of steak. Flank steak is very affordable and cooks fast and easy.
*Option to marinate steak in More Chimichurri or season with salt and pepper.
Option to marinate steak in 1/3 cup More Chimichurri for 30 minutes, up to overnight.
Turning steak once, half way through. Or season steak with salt and pepper.
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
Remove steaks from marinade, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil for 30 seconds (oil should be shimmering, but not smoking).
Use a pair of long tongs to place steaks in hot skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side (depending on thickness and desired pinkness).
Remove steak from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice steak (against grain) and cover with remaining More Chimichurri. Enjoy!
