1/2 cup Sauce Boxx Garlic Dill Delight
1 pound carrots
- 2-3 tablespoons Oil (Coconut or Avocado is a nice choice!)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon ground Cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground Ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground Tumeric
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and peel carrots, and cut diagonally in 1 - 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Combine the spices in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Cook Carrots and Serve
Add carrots to the baking sheet and drizzle with oil & spice blend.
Toss well until carrots fully coated.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly browned.
Serve hot with a side of Sauce Boxx Garlic Dill Delight.
